Uni-Base – straight, indexed, QN/I/d3.8/h5.5, indexed, narrow
Uni-Base titanium bases allow the use of a fully digital CAD/CAM procedure as well as the conventional method of superstructure manufacturing by casting. The robust base design is optimized for milling processes. Safe bonding and reliable fixing of the restoration are ensured by significant retention elements. Bases where the height of the coronal part is greater than 3.5 mm can be manually shortened to this height.
Libraries for Uni-Base bases, including libraries of manually shortened variants, are freely available for exocad, 3Shape and Dental Wings software.
- The Uni-Base bases are supplied with a fixing screw.
- The tightening torque of the fixing screw is 25 Ncm.
- Use a new fixing screw to fix the final restoration.
- A replacement fixing screw can be ordered separately.
